Customers who order PDF patterns can claim a free A2 size printed pattern if they experience issues printing the patterns. The printed patterns will be sent along with new physical orders.

When placing a new order, simply leave a note such as "DWIPDFZS131 in order DWI2263".

Please note that due to weight restrictions, only one free A2 size pattern is supported per package. For customers who purchase more than 1 PDF pattern and require A2 size printing service, they can remark each free A2 size printing pattern on a different order. Or add an additional $1 per pattern in an order.
